Sessions
Begginers
(Max 12 people) - 1 hour.
Designed for women who are new to volleyball or looking to build a strong foundation. The sessions focus on growing confidence, improving movement on the sand, and enjoying the game while connecting with other players.
Intermidiate
(Max 8 people) - 1 hour.
For players who already know the basics and want to take their skills to the next level. We focus on advanced techniques, game strategies, and teamwork to boost performance and flow. Sessions are active, dynamic, and full of energy, blending focused drills with exciting gameplay.
Private
(1,2 or 4 people) - 1 hour.
Personalized sessions tailored to your goals, perfect for refining skills, improving technique, or preparing for competitions. With small groups, you’ll receive focused attention, make faster progress, and enjoy a fully customized experience.
Retreat
Unique weekends that combine beach volleyball training, pilates mat sessions, wellness, and community.
