Unique weekend combining beach volleyball session, pilates mat workout, wellness and community. Designed to create space for growth, connection, and empowered sisterhood, these retreats are full good vibes, volleyball trainings, fun games and share moments that strengthen both skills and friendship on and off the sand. 

A weekend of Beach volleyball training, pilates mat and unique moments of connection. Beyond training and play, every retreat opens space for creativity, relaxation and joyful expression. 

Whether throught movement, music, laughter, or playful activities with your teammates, each edition brings something different, an experience where body and mind can recharge, connect and create. 

Every retreat is one of kind, designed to leave you with renewed energy, meaningful memories and a deeper sense of community. 

Macarena choose a beautiful location about 1.5 hours from Sydney, with a cozy house to share, surrounded by stunning beaches and peaceful nature. Its the perfect setting to unwind, move, and connect.
